tatəl̕wí:ls
We acknowledge that no one person can hold all knowledge on a given topic. When questions arise and decisions need to be made our si:ʔem̓, respected leaders/family heads, gather together. When they are sq̓əq̓ip, the method of decision-making is tatəl̕wí:ls, a continuous form of inquiry as to the solution of a problem. This process of gathering together and the iterative process of seeking a solution can be understood as χect, giving something proper thought and holding a meeting for the purpose of making an informed decision.
Rooting Community, Growing Together

Culture Leads Our Work from the Beginning

Musqueam artists and cultural advisors will guide how IR4 looks, feels, and works.
